INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules for using Upzo ("the App"). By downloading, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. WHAT THE APP DOES

Upzo is a wake-up alarm app. To turn off an alarm, you may need to finish a "mission" first — for example shake your phone, take a photo, say a phrase out loud, solve a math problem, walk a number of steps, or type a phrase.

The App is a lifestyle and productivity tool. It is NOT a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any health problem. You are responsible for waking up on time and for your own safety.

1. WHO CAN USE THE APP

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under 18, you should use the App with a parent or guardian's permission.

1. UPZO SUBSCRIPTION

3.1 Subscription required

You need an active Upzo subscription to set alarms and use wake-up missions after you finish the in-app setup, unless we say otherwise in the App.

3.2 Payment through Apple

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Apple may charge you for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• To cancel: open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, select Upzo, then Cancel.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests.
• Prices can vary by country and may change over time. New prices apply to future billing where the law allows.

3.3 Free trials

If we offer a free trial or discounted first period, the App Store will show the details when you subscribe. When the trial ends, you will be charged unless you cancel before it ends.
